Eligibility & Age
Members must be between 18 to 45 years. Groups should consist of 7 to 21 active individuals.
Gender Segregation
Institutional policy requires separate all-male or all-female groups to facilitate focused training tranches.
Identity Verification
Individual passport-size photos and official ID scans (Aadhar/PAN) are mandatory for all members.
Local Presence
Groups must be physically located within our operational districts (Biswanath, Lakhimpur, Dhemaji, Sonitpur, and Kamrup).
Governance Structure
Each group requires an elected President and Secretary for official institutional correspondence.
Audit Process
Applications undergo a field assessment by the IRS Auditing Committee before final authorization.
